Fireclay Insulating Block

Description:

Fireclay insulating block is a new type energy-saving and thermal-insulating material. It is  made of high-strength microporous mullite aggregates and combining with high-purity powder through a special process of manufacturing. It features high strength, excellent thermal shock resistance, low thermal conductivity and excellent heat preservation performance. It can replace the vibrocast block at the bottom of glass furnace. Not only does it improve the thermal efficiency, but it also significantly reduces the weight of furnace body, and the thermal shock resistance is greatly enhanced, which is beneficial for extending the service lifetime of the furnace.
