Lip Stone
Lip stone is a sintered fire clay brick (chamotte brick), or fused cast alumina block used in the molding part of float glass production line and directly contacts the glass melt, which has a direct influence on the yield of the glass product. This requires lip stone to have good dimensional tolerances, good thermal stability and alkali resistance. According to the actual use, our lip stone has the advantages of short foaming time, long service life and high yield of glass products.
Feeder Channel Block
Feeder Channel Block, also known as Canal Brick in some regions, operates at the end of hot zone in glass production line, it is the lower part of forehearth. The glass melt flows through it to the forming machine and is eventually shaped into glass bottles, glass jars, glass tubes, glass insulators, etc. It can be manufactured based various materials, such as fused cast alumina, fused cast AZS, sintered alumina, sintered mullite or sillimanite.
Refractory Expendable
Refractory Expendable refers to a series of shaped refractories used in gob forming zone at the end of production line for shaped glass, including spout, tube, orifice ring, plunger, stirrer, forehearth cover, burner etc. They can be manufactured based various processes, such as fused cast AZS, sintered zircon-mullite, sintered sillimanite, fused silica etc.
